Site Clearance & Initial Sweep
This phase allows our team to start detailed work on a clean and controlled foundation.
We begin by preparing the site for detailed cleaning. This phase focuses on eliminating obstacles and ensuring the space is safe and accessible for our crew. Key actions include:
- Clearing construction waste, debris, packaging, and leftover materials.
- Removing plastic coverings, labels, stickers, and tape from surfaces and fixtures.
- Conducting a safety check for exposed wires, misplaced tools, or loose parts.
- Performing an initial dust sweep and vacuum to reduce airborne particles.
Surface Treatment & Structural Cleaning
We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaners that are safe for both people and property.
With the site cleared, we move into heavy-duty surface cleaning. At this stage, we eliminate embedded construction residue and prepare each surface for final finishing:
- Dusting and washing walls, ceilings, baseboards, trim, and light fixtures.

- Cleaning and polishing windows, mirrors, and glass partitions (interior).
- Scrubbing sinks, toilets, tubs, and kitchen appliances.
- Polishing handles, switches, outlets, railings, and hardware.
- Spot-cleaning doors, frames, cabinetry, drawers, and wall tiles.
- Deep-cleaning and treating floors based on their material and finish.
Final Pass & Client Sign-Off
The last stage is a full-area review to ensure every inch meets Majd EcoClean standards and your expectations.
Our final checklist includes:
- Touch-ups for any dust, smudges, or marks that may have settled.
- Cleaning exterior-facing windows and outdoor entrances (if included in scope).
- Ensuring restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas are 100% sanitized.
- Performing a final inspection walkthrough with the client.
